Aged for at least 11 years in heavily charred former Scotch or red Wine barrels, expect hints of round red berries, a touch of briny saltiness, and notes of vanilla to support all that signature intense peat. Offerman suggests you savor this 92-proof beauty with a grilled medium-rare rib-eye steak neat or on the rocks.
