Initially produced by Jameson's Master Distiller, Barry Crockett, this very limited and highly-coveted blend has been released on an annual basis since 1984. Ever since Whiskey found its place in the hearts of Irish Whiskey lovers, Crockett had instituted a policy of laying down 100 casks of top-quality stock every year for future use in Midleton Very Rare.

The 27th release of Midleton Very Rare (MVR) is, as always, a blend of single pot still and grain Whiskeys produced at Midleton Distillery aged between 12 and 25 years in Bourbon casks, and has won many awards and industry accolades. Presented in a high-quality wooden box, each bottle is individually numbered and carries the signature of the Master Distiller.
